Handling malicious users in a public OpenStack cloud service – #OpenStack

As a public cloud service provider we don’t have the luxury of being able to trustour users in any way at all. We need to treat every user as a potential threat to other tenants as well as to the infrastructure powering the service. Over theyears we have learned a lot and want to share some knowledge on how we handle this kindof issues.
